In Florida, the premium is set by state law — typically 10% of the total bond amount (minimum $100). That fee is non-refundable, but it’s all you pay us. We offer payment plans on larger bonds.
Once the jail processes the bond, release usually happens within a few hours, depending on how busy the facility is.
